ASWA has been working with the automobile industry for many years, and is continually conducting research concerning the opinions, requests, and problems of automobile dealers and dealer staff. As the industry continues to undergo dramatic changes, we have continued to work from the perspective of the automobile dealership to collect and organize the problems which must be resolved right away, and have offered tailor-made seminar programs aimed at resolving the problems of each customer and making improvements. One distinctive feature of the ASWA seminar programs is the realistic and achievable solution and improvement plans that are offered by our team of instructors with extensive knowledge of and experience in the automobile business.
We will continue to maintain a firm understanding of the rapidly advancing automobile industry, including newer elements such as energy and environmental problems, and to provide solutions for maintaining good customer relationships and for creating new lifetime customers.
