Our consulting services are intended to resolve the problems that are particular to an individual dealer. For this purpose, our highly experienced specialists interview each of the persons in charge regarding the current conditions at the dealer in order to identify issues. They then offer coaching, proposals for specific improvement targets, and instruction.
We also develop the necessary tools for improving operational processes, and analyze the final improvement results and offer proposals for continued improvements.
